Member Submissions

All members submission to the Bulletin Board section of the site need to be submitted to our content administration team via email. Please submit your inputs to Each email received will be verified with the submitted point of contact info before it is added to the site.

Please provide the following general information for every bulletin board submission:

  • Name of the member company that will be sponsoring the event / job / training
  • Point of contact: Name / Email / Phone

Info for Events:

  • Name of the event
  • Description of what the event is about, who can attend and any special requirements
  • Date / Time of the event
  • Location of the event
  • Point of contact for who is coordinating the event – Name / Email / Phone

Info for Job Posts:

  • Job Title
  • Description
  • Qualifications
  • Job Details (location¬†/ salary / submission date)
  • Application Info – how to submit a resume for consideration

Info for Training Events:

  • Type of Training
  • Overall Description of the type / level of training
  • Availability (# of seats)
  • Cost and other Training Event Details
  • Location / Date / Time of the training
  • Point of Contact to get signed up or answer questions
