1. Meeting called to order by Co-Chairs Tim Brorson and JD Brown at 1300.
2. Reviewed QESH meeting minutes from 14 February 2017. Members approved minutes as written.
3. Group discussed;
   1. Monthly CNRMC / Industry Teleconference Brief.
   2. Hot Work I Cold Work Standardized Permit. Committee determined that this would not be incorporated unless directed by CNRMC I
   3. QESH Goals for 2017 several recommendations were made to include; (1) Identifying , monitoring, and reducing trends identified by Government and MSMO’s, (2) sharing of metrics from government, MSMO’s, AIT’s (3) sharing of “Trouble Report” and Lessons Learned from government and MSMO’s semiannually(4) Evaluation by subcommittee to streamline process for CHMI Authorized Users List (AUL) (5) Organize annual Industry Days (prior to end of year).
   4. Paul Blalock volunteered to initiate review process for streamlining process for CHMI AUL.
   5. Upcoming General Membership meeting.
