Speaker for June Meeting Announced
Our speaker for the June Membership meeting will be Ms. Anne Rodeheaver speaking on the topic of Knowledge Management and the Execution KSN and where it is headed. Her biography is below.
Ms. Anne Rodeheaver currently serves as the DDG/FFG Class Team Leader at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Detachment Everett supporting the maintenance and modernization of surface ships in the NWRMC. Since joining the organization in 2009, she has worked as a port engineer and a project manager. She has been a key proponent of process improvement and change management by working with a variety of Surface Team One groups to include the Lessons Learned Analysis Team, Contracts Governance Council, and more recently the Execution Knowledge Sharing Network as the Process Master. Prior to her work at PSNS, Ms. Rodeheaver worked as a Project Manager at Boeing Commercial Aircraft for 3 years. She worked on the 787 program in configuration control, in Product Development focusing on strategic benchmarking and competitive analysis, and in the Technology Requirements and Integration group determining strategies for future investments. Anne Rodeheaver has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from United States Naval Academy (1997) and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (1999). She served onboard USS LABOON (DDG 58) as the Main Propulsion Assistant and the Training Officer. She converted to Engineering Duty Officer in 2002 and reported to SUPSHIP Puget Sound to serve as Project Officer and Everett Detachment leadership. She left active duty in 2005 and continued with the reserves until 2006.
