Minutes of 10 November 2015 

Details (action items in bold)

  1. Meeting called to order by Co-Chairs Tim Brorson, JD Brown, and Robert Dearing at 1300.
  2. Reviewed QESH meeting minutes from October 13, 2015.       Members approved minutes as written.
  3. Group discussed;
    1. PCP Working Group provided progress update. NWRMC concurs in the content of this template with two small recommended changes. (Template attached)
      1. Suggest removing revision number on Reference 5.1
      2. Reference 5.7, Everett enviro guide was just updated, I think C400 contracts has action to inform.
        1. Weld / NDT KSN. Bill Requa on travel. Will need to identify when next meeting will be conducted in December.
        2. OSHA Beryllium standard change inputs. Robert to send out to members
        3. New OSHA fines.
        4. USS NIMITZ hotwork operations. Hotwork authorization / approval have changed from 7 day to 24 hour.  Daily requirement for submission and approval.
        5. Tim discussed “CNRMC November 2015 Recent Trouble Reports Summary” and also “All Activities Trouble Report Metrics” (both attached). Good discussion on reports and variance between Regional Maintenance Centers
      1. Action items as a result of working group;
        1. Robert to send out OSHA Beryllium standard change inputs.
        2. List of attendees provided as attachment.
