The Sun Building:

  • Is a block and a half north of the Burwell gate and 2-3 blocks from the main gate, 
  • Has offices for engineers and contractors (from single offices to 9000 sf), and
  • Has light industrial/storage/logistics space (up to 15,000 sf, freight elevator, dock)
