David has been active in the Ship Repair Industry for over 36 years while working with fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. David Served in the U.S Navy and was assigned to the Main Propulsion Engineering Plant on board multiple Navy Ships. He served as the President of the International Propeller Club in San Diego and also as a Board Member of the Port of San Diego Ship Repair Association. David has an Associates Degree in Business Management and was on the Deans List. In addition he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management and graduated top of his class with a 4.0 GPA. David is proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and ProPricer software applications.
